Job Description

GBS is the leading Enterprise Solutions provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Riyadh, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and market share growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and emerging business segments.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and monitor their performance regularly.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Oversee proposal development, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Manage vendor relations to secure competitive pricing and certifications.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new technologies in IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Riyadh.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise or government clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions (e.g., Managed Services, ITO, Cybersecurity, Cloud).
  • Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
