Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing local HR operations, labor compliance, and government system processes in Saudi Arabia. This role provides hands-on operational support and professional advice to the Regional HRBP, contributing to the establishment and continuous improvement of the local HR management framework.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations for locally hired employees
- Support payroll preparation ensuring data accuracy
- Maintain employee files in compliance with Saudi labor law
- Ensure HR practices comply with local regulations
- Provide guidance on working hours, overtime, and leave entitlements
- Operate Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem, Mudad)
- Support the implementation of company HR policies
- Act as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years or above hands-on HR generalist experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Proven experience operating Saudi government HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
