Job Description
Maintain employee records, assist in preparing contracts, and support recruitment and payroll processes for a consulting firm in Amman.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and letters
- Monitor attendance and leave requests
- Post job vacancies and review resumes
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Assist in payroll processing and incentive calculations
- Respond to HR-related employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience
