HR Business Partner - with MNC & Insurance experience
Job Description
Based in our Dubai Silicon office, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Center of Excellence based employees’ life cycle. Report to the VP of HR and deliver first-level HR service to employees and line managers.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into a business-enabling people agenda
- Serve as liaison between country/functional leadership and HR team
- Oversee strategic people initiatives and change programs
- Deliver HR strategies such as workforce planning and talent development
- Manage talent review and succession planning
- Oversee compensation and benefits
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice to business leaders
- Collaborate on employee relations matters
Qualifications
- Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR
- Preferably experience in the insurance industry
- High proficiency in HR functional competencies
