Assistant IT Manager
Job Description
Responsible for managing the complete IT infrastructure and operations of our organization. Requires a seasoned IT specialist who can independently handle technical aspects including infrastructure, systems management, and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complete IT infrastructure
- Manage servers, storage systems, and backup solutions
- Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 environment and cloud services
- Develop comprehensive IT policies and standard operating procedures
- Support SAP implementation and administration
- Implement cybersecurity measures and firewalls
- Design and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Provide technical support to staff and conduct user training
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT management
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
- SAP ERP experience is a strong advantage
