Project Manager – Hail
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. In addition, the role will oversee facilities management operations, ensuring the effective maintenance, safety, and functionality of buildings and infrastructure. The candidate will coordinate with service providers, manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and optimize operational efficiency across all facilities.
Responsibilities
- Set and manage project timelines
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure targets are met
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress
- Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks
- Oversee facilities management operations
- Coordinate with service providers and manage maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- PMP or FMP certification is required
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in Facility Management projects is preferred
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and technical teams
