Job Description
MMI and ELR are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to assist shoppers, handle transactions, replenish stock, and maintain a clean environment in a retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and assist with product inquiries
- Promote products and upsell to meet targets
- Replenish shelves and ensure correct pricing
- Assist in stock counts and inventory
- Collaborate with team for store success
Qualifications
- Experience in cash handling & POS system
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in retail or customer service
