Job Description
Utopia is a forward-thinking global real estate development group. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join Utopia’s Real Estate team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in tropical environments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Support procurement efforts and negotiate with suppliers
- Track project progress and identify potential delays
- Monitor construction budgets and ensure cost control
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and work orders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in construction project coordination, project documentation (+3 years)
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD)
- Fluent communication in English and Spanish
