Job Description
Daftcode is a european technology group driven by an analytical approach to business. As a venture builder, it creates, scales and invests in startups in such areas as: Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security and Blockchain. We're looking for a General Director to join our team at one of our portfolio companies - Best Traders EOOD, a crypto exchange service provider, operator of a platform available at www.unramp.com.
Responsibilities
- Familiarizing with the company’s overall strategy and key business objectives.
- Representing the company in interactions with local institutions and relevant authorities.
- Participating in meetings and discussions with local organizations when required.
- Representing the company at selected industry events and conferences.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Ensured compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and governance standards.
- Reported directly to the executive team, providing regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- A solid track record of integrity, professionalism, and good judgment.
- Experience in managerial or highly specialized roles, ideally within technical or financial areas in Bulgaria.
- Background in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Education in Finance, Law, Economics, Technology, or Accounting at a Bulgarian university.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with regulators and stakeholders effectively.
- A good understanding of corporate governance and responsible business practices.
- The capacity to act in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
- Bulgarian residency.
