Workshop Developer/Events Coordinator
Job Description
The Computer Science Outreach Division at our Qatar campus seeks a highly organized and motivated Events Coordinator and Workshop Developer to support the planning, development, and execution of high-impact educational programs and workshops. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and national events while contributing to the continued growth and success of outreach and educational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of internal and national events
- Oversee event setup, participant registration, materials preparation, and on-site resource allocation
- Create and update engaging instructional and promotional materials for workshops
- Set up, test, and maintain hardware and technical equipment
- Facilitate interactive workshop sessions
- Collaborate with instructors and program leads to refine existing workshop content
