Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring timely hiring aligned with business requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding coordination, and close collaboration with HR Operations, PRO, and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal channels
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
- Liaise with HR Operations and PRO for employment visa initiation
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
- Support employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment channels
