Responsibilities
- Accompanying buyers during the viewing tour
- Advising clients on the suitability and value of properties
- Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers
- Identifying customers’ needs and financial abilities
- Providing advice on market conditions and legal requirements
- Preparing necessary paperwork and contracts
- Creating lists for real estate sales properties
- Reviewing purchase contracts
- Ensuring fair and honest dealing
