Job Description
The PRO-cum-HR will be responsible for managing public relations activities, government and external liaisoning, and handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between organization and government departments
- Handle documentation, licenses, and renewals
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
