To review and meet the project requirements. Prepare and implement project execution program and budget. Monitor and control the project resources & project cost in the most effective way. Ensure that the project objectives are met and executed on time.

Qualifications
- Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering degree
- 15 – 20 years experience in projects
- Project management professional – PMP
