Job Description
Reporting to the Residences Lounge Supervisor, the Residences Lounge Associate is responsible for all aspects of guest service in the daily operation of the Residences Lounge, always ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Learn all menus and recommend Food and Beverage combinations
- Seat, take orders, and serve food and beverage to guests
- Present menu and answer enquiries
- Clear and reset counters or tables
- Perform cashier functions and verify cash/credit cards
- Handle guest and associate complaints
- Maintain par stocks of equipment and supplies
- Attend training sessions
- Ensure brand standards (LQA, FORBES) are implemented
