Executive Vice President, Commercial
Job Description
Champions Oncology is seeking an experienced commercial executive to lead and scale its global commercial organization. The EVP, Commercial will design and operate the commercial infrastructure required to support the company’s next phase of growth, including sales coverage models, role clarity, forecasting discipline, and performance management. This role is accountable for the full commercial P&L across the company’s Services and Core CRO businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead global sales execution and commercial operations
- Define and execute sales coverage, territory, and account models
- Drive rigorous pipeline management and forecast accuracy
- Design and implement a scalable commercial operating model
- Establish sales processes, CRM rigor, and performance dashboards
- Own marketing execution in support of revenue generation
- Partner with Data Business Unit on strategic partnerships
- Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within life sciences, CRO, or precision medicine
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales organizations
- Strong background selling services-led solutions into biopharma R&D stakeholders
- Deep expertise in sales execution, forecasting, and commercial infrastructure
