Enterprise Risk Management Specialist
Job Description
Aramco is seeking an ERM Specialist to join the Decision Support & Risk Management Department. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the company's global ERM framework, ensuring proactive identification, assessment, and reporting of risks.
Responsibilities
- Align risk management with Operational Excellence framework
- Commission periodic independent reviews of the ERM program
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on emerging risks
- Maintain oversight of Top Corporate Risks (TCRs)
- Lead annual Corporate Risk Assessment process
- Implement unified ERM approach for subsidiaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Risk Management
- 10 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance
- Familiarity with ERM and control practices
