Job Description
The Director of Residences drives all leadership and management for all aspects of the Residential operation. They will be the advocate for homeowners and the homeowners governing bodies.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute an annual residential operations plan
- Lead residential budgeting process
- Manage HOA/Board of Directors meetings
- Oversee preventive maintenance and deep cleaning programs
- Represent interests of residents and employees
