Job Description

The Warranty Supervisor is responsible for validating the administrative warranty files received from CAC and the network. He (she) is responsible for analyzing diagnostic protocols and performing tests before confirming the warranty. He (she) must implement actions related to internal/external customer satisfaction. He (she) must monitor warranty activity and the performance indicators of CAC and the network. He (she) collaborates with the manufacturer, insurance, and dealerships to anticipate warranty incidents and propose appropriate actions; He (she) must ensure compliance with the repair technical documentation by the dealerships. He (she) must put the customer at the center of his/her actions. He (she) must ensure compliance with brand standards and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Validating the administrative warranty files received from CAC and the network
- Analyzing diagnostic protocols and performing tests before confirming the warranty
- Implementing actions related to internal/external customer satisfaction
- Monitoring warranty activity and the performance indicators of CAC and the network
- Collaborating with the manufacturer, insurance, and dealerships to anticipate warranty incidents
- Proposing appropriate actions to anticipate incidents
- Ensuring compliance with the repair technical documentation by the dealerships
- Putting the customer at the center of actions
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards and internal procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in automotive / mechanics
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (after-sales service or warranty administration)
