Lead Instrumentation & Electrical Engineer (Petrochemical)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead I&E Engineer with strong exposure to maintenance and reliability in a large-scale petrochemical industry. The role requires deep technical expertise in SIS and safety-critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and technical support for field instrumentation and electrical systems
- Provide technical leadership for control valves and SIS
- Manage high and medium voltage systems (132/33/6 kV)
- Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Act as technical authority for failure analysis
- Mentor engineers and technicians
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
- 7–10 years total experience
- At least 3 years in a Lead or Senior role within petrochemical industry
- Functional Safety Engineer Certification (FS Eng / CFSP / CFSE) is mandatory
- CMRP or CRE certification preferred
