Job Description
Continental is looking for an IT Specialist to resolve issues, provide application support, and monitor system performance. This role involves coordinating with global teams and managing IT assets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and resolve IT issues
- Installation and configuration of Continental applications
- Coordinate with internal, regional and global IT teams
- Monitoring hardware and software performance
- Record and track IT assets
- Assist in testing and monitoring RPA solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Min 1 year of working experience in IT
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Native-level proficiency in Turkish
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft end-user technologies
