Job Description

IT Support Officer to provide front-line technical support for employees and ensure the stable operation of office IT infrastructure. The role covers troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing network devices, and handling IT assets and licensing.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and support employee devices (hardware/software)
  • Provide user support for account access, data security, and system updates
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and OS
  • Monitor IT systems and resolve potential issues proactively
  • Conduct backups and recovery for data loss prevention
  • Maintain Cisco devices: switches, wireless controllers, and IP phones
  • Manage IT hardware procurement and inventory
  • Track software licenses and ensure compliance

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT-related field (e.g., computer engineering, information systems)
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support or technical assistance experience
  • Strong Windows/macOS support experience
  • Active Directory account management knowledge
  • Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Hands-on experience with M365 or Google Workspace
  • Experience with ITSM tools
