Manager Payment and Card Systems
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Payments professional to own and shape our end-to-end payment and card operations. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payment methods and services within the airline’s payment orchestration platform, overseeing critical functions including authorisation, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to maximise payment acceptance and sales conversion
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of payment methods
- Lead relationships with acquirers, gateways, and technology partners
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using A/B testing
- Oversee authorisation, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks
Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in payments, financial services, or airline payment operations
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Hands-on experience in payment orchestration platforms, gateways, acquirers, and card schemes
- Understanding of BSP/ARC flows, PCI DSS compliance, and card scheme rules
