Job Description
CAS, a UAE based abaya brand, is seeking a female customer service representative for their office in Ajman. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and increasing sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection through WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collect leads for home service
Qualifications
- Female only
- Knowledge of English & Arabic is a MUST (Reading, Speaking, Writing, Typing)
- Must be based in Ajman
