CAS, a UAE based abaya brand, is seeking a female customer service representative for their office in Ajman. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection through WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collect leads for home service

Qualifications

  • Female only
  • Knowledge of English & Arabic is a MUST (Reading, Speaking, Writing, Typing)
  • Must be based in Ajman
