Job Description
The Country Team Leader is a hands-on, sales-driven leader who personally sells and closes deals, builds and scales a high-performing country team, and leads by production.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and scale a team of 8–10 agents
- Deliver structured onboarding programmes
- Conduct call reviews and script optimisation
- Personally close the largest and most strategic transactions
Qualifications
- Native or fluent German or Dutch speaker
- Proven experience in investment real estate sales
- Demonstrated closing track record
