Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the company's strategy and objectives through effective people management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- Handle payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration
- Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
