Job Description
Lumera – International 5 Star Residence Hotel, located in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly experienced and professional Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and maintain international luxury hospitality standards. The selected candidate will lead operational teams, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the reputation of a premium residence hotel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel and residence operations
- Maintain international 5-star hospitality service standards
- Manage departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and F&B
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality
- Supervise staff performance and provide leadership and training
- Monitor operational budgets and financial performance
- Implement service improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality regulations
