Procurement manager-SA
Job Description
Lead and support all aspects of procurement including strategy, vendor development, and tendering for logistic and industrial projects in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive suppliers database
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate agreements
- Lead the full procurement cycle including tendering and bid evaluation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project schedules
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience
- Experience in industrial or logistics projects
- Fluent in English; Chinese or Arabic is an advantage
- Proficient in ERP systems
