Driver cum Logistics Coordnator
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and well-presented Driver cum Logistics Coordinator to support the company’s transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Qatar light-duty manual driving license and be capable of handling logistics coordination, documentation, and communication efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles for staff transportation, delivery, and collection tasks
- Coordinate logistics activities including dispatch, scheduling, and delivery follow-ups
- Maintain accurate trip records, delivery logs, and transport documentation
- Assist with daily logistics planning, stock movements, and shipment coordination
- Communicate professionally with VIPs/VVIPs, clients, and internal departments
- Perform routine checks on vehicle condition and ensure timely servicing
- Support administrative and coordination duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Qatar light-duty manual driving license (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in driving and logistics coordination
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel and Office applications
- Good knowledge of Qatar roads, routes, and traffic regulations
