Service Operations Supervisor - East
Job Description
The CT Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the services are delivered efficiently and accurately for all customer deployments and to make sure that we leave our customers satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with planners and service operations managers to carry out instructions
- Monitor service engineers’ performance in terms of behavior and technical knowledge
- Track and monitor KPIs such as Safety, First Time Fix, and Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure service engineers are equipped with proper tools and PPEs
- Enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide technical assistance via 24-hour service hotline support
- Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns and best practices
- Implement 5S and uniform standards
- Actively report risk observations through Bwise
Qualifications
- Desirable working experience in equipment installation, commissioning, technical assessment, and maintenance
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
