Job Description
The Human Resource Executive will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies. The HR Executive is the main person who will promote unity and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
- Oversees daily workflow of the HR department
- Provides performance evaluations
- Handles discipline and termination
- Manages company asset inventory
- Organizes staff meetings and records minutes
- Shortlists applicants and conducts initial HR interviews
- Regularly updates HR Employee Handbook
- Organizes training, seminars, and company events
- Maintains HR document templates
- Manages benefit programs (health, saving plans, leave)
- Prepares annual HR budgets
- Maintains complete employee profile data in PMS
- Conducts exit interviews
- Manages Corporate mobile plans and inventories
