Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and modeling of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather, document, and validate business requirements effectively
- Create comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine business needs into actionable project specifications, use cases, and process maps
- Monitor and assess project progress, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards
- Advocate for the adoption of best practices in business analysis and process management across the organization
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their professional development
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and executive leadership
