Job Description
Zelux Real Estates LLC is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and close deals in residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide consultations
- Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
- Build client relationships and close sales
- Stay updated with RERA regulations
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain records using CRM
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and major developers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid Broker Card, UAE Driving License & own car
