Job Description
The Senior Product Director is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organisation. You will own the full product lifecycle; from discovery to delivery to commercial success, ensuring the product delivers measurable value to customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, communication, and execution of the product strategy and roadmap.
- Define clear product objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Prioritise initiatives and manage the product backlog.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle including discovery, validation, design, and development.
- Develop high-quality product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with the Technology team to drive efficient delivery.
- Foster a product culture grounded in experimentation and evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, with a minimum of 7 years within B2B SaaS/Fintech.
- Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap at company or business-unit level.
- Strong track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in fintech is highly desirable.
- Experience working with accounting, payments, or expense management platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA advantageous).
