Job Description

Lead front-of-house service operations as a Senior Service Team Leader at SilberArrows. This role bridges customer-facing and technical operations to ensure Mercedes-Benz standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Service Team Leaders
  • Deliver monthly financial performance targets for sales and margins
  • Coordinate with Head of Workshop on daily loading and scheduling
  • Manage transparent communication with customers regarding progress
  • Handle escalated technical concerns
  • Monitor KPIs including throughput, NPS, and gross margin
  • Drive sales of value-added products like ServiceCare

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in automotive service leadership (premium brand advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of workshop operations and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
