Job Description
Lead front-of-house service operations as a Senior Service Team Leader at SilberArrows. This role bridges customer-facing and technical operations to ensure Mercedes-Benz standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Service Team Leaders
- Deliver monthly financial performance targets for sales and margins
- Coordinate with Head of Workshop on daily loading and scheduling
- Manage transparent communication with customers regarding progress
- Handle escalated technical concerns
- Monitor KPIs including throughput, NPS, and gross margin
- Drive sales of value-added products like ServiceCare
Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive service leadership (premium brand advantageous)
- Strong understanding of workshop operations and scheduling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
