Senior Manager - Development Financial Planning and Analysis
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the financial planning, monitoring, and reporting processes for development projects at Qiddiya Investment Company. Focus on delivering robust financial analyses, management reporting, and strategic insights. Lead the development of comprehensive financial models, conduct variance analyses, and prepare detailed management reports for senior leadership. Coordinate financial planning and forecasting processes, review financial models to assess project viability, and monitor project cash flows against budgets. Lead and mentor a team of analysts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial planning and forecasting processes for development projects
- Prepare and present financial reports (budgets, forecasts, variance analyses)
- Review and optimize financial models for project viability
- Monitor project cash flows and expenditures
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts
- Ensure adherence to financial governance and reporting standards
- Support implementation of process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance or related field
- Strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or similar domains preferred
