Job Description
As Asst. Outlet Manager, you are responsible to manage Flavours on Two. The priorities are to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals. Promote the desired work culture by living the IHG winning ways values.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely set up of the food & beverage outlet
- Prepare employee schedules according to forecast
- Conduct regular training sessions
- Evaluate team performance
- Maintain relationships with outlet patrons
- Manage outlet promotional activities
