Job Description
Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets. Performance Analytics consultants translate data into insights by leveraging data to design, implement, and scale analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements across a range of industries
- Develop analytics strategies and programs
- Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders
- Lead team to creative insights and sound recommendations
- Provide project delivery team leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience
- Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects
- Experience managing key client relationships
- Data and analytics experience (Python, R, SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
