Rosewood Doha is hiring an Executive Lounge Associate to manage guest service in the Manor Club/Apartment Lounge. This role involves food and beverage service, cashiering, and ensuring brand standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Ensures highest levels of guest satisfaction in the daily operation of the Lounge
- Verify menus are well maintained
- Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage
- Computes bill and accepts payment
- Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships
- Ensures the delivery of brand promise
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Conversant with Micros System
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
