Executive Director – Restaurant Chain
Job Description
A rapidly growing restaurant group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Executive Director to lead its operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure world-class performance across multiple branches.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and long-term business performance across all branches
- Develop and execute growth strategies and expansion plans
- Build and manage budgets, cost structures, and P&L reports
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP/ISO)
- Lead department heads in operations, marketing, HR, and supply chain
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of executive or senior operations management experience in the restaurant sector
