- Mentor and guide junior support team members, setting strong service standards
- Practice active listening and empathy to ensure positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Maintain and contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases
Qualifications
- Strong professional experience in customer service or customer support roles
- Hands on experience providing email, chat, and phone support using digital platforms
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Excellent problem solving skills with a calm, empathetic approach to customers
