Customs Service Development Section Manager

Job Description

Responsible for developing Customs service development plans, following-up on the successful implementation of services development initiatives, and assessing complex business requirements to recommend user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ZATCA's strategy and Customs Service Development objectives
  • Manage Customs Service Development efficiently within budget
  • Define and update working approach for system alignment
  • Review and approve operational service development plans
  • Oversee awareness sessions and workshops
  • Manage escalated service issues and root cause analysis
  • Monitor execution of UAT activities and Rollout plans
  • Guide and mentor direct reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent
  • An optimal of 7 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 2 years at managerial level
