Job Description
Responsible for developing Customs service development plans, following-up on the successful implementation of services development initiatives, and assessing complex business requirements to recommend user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement ZATCA's strategy and Customs Service Development objectives
- Manage Customs Service Development efficiently within budget
- Define and update working approach for system alignment
- Review and approve operational service development plans
- Oversee awareness sessions and workshops
- Manage escalated service issues and root cause analysis
- Monitor execution of UAT activities and Rollout plans
- Guide and mentor direct reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent
- An optimal of 7 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 2 years at managerial level
