Job Description
Intermediate Developers at Aspire Software are experienced contributors who work independently on moderate to complex features, mentor junior developers, and take ownership of significant portions of the codebase. The role involves designing new features, refactoring legacy code, and participating in architectural planning.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features with minimal supervision
- Lead technical initiatives within sprint work
- Refactor and modernize legacy code
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning
- Debug complex production issues
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Optimize database queries and application performance
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Experience with modern web frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)
- Solid understanding of database design and SQL
- Experience with RESTful API design
- Proficiency with Git and version control
