Responsibilities

- Develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests professionally
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with legal regulations
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and minimize waste
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and current drink trends
- Train junior bartenders/bar staff when needed
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques and ingredients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
