Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director - Retail | Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are seeking an FP&A Director for a leading retail company in Saudi Arabia to own and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership.
- Oversee analysis of sales trends, margins, and inventory performance.
- Lead the preparation of executive-level financial reports and dashboards.
- Drive financial evaluation of strategic initiatives like new store openings.
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s/CFA/CPA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Significant exposure to large-scale retail or multi-site operations.
- Deep expertise in retail financial metrics and performance management.
