Digital Marketing Junior
Job Description
Since 2012, we have been moving forward with the vision of becoming “the biggest bank with the happiest customers in Türkiye”. Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok etc.
Responsibilities
- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns
- Contribute to planning and executing A/B tests
- Track key performance metrics including conversions and efficiency
- Analyze campaign data and develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams
- Support operational coordination with digital agencies
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and ad tech innovations
- Ensuring all processes are compliant with regulations
Qualifications
- Graduated from a reputable university with Engineering, Business Administration, Economy or relevant fields’ degree
- Maximum 1,5 year of experience in relevant fields
- Having analytical thinking skills and competency to work closely with Information Technology teams
- Strong communication skills in addition to follow-up and time management skills
- Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in English
- Good command of MS Office applications
