ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job Description
Müller's Solutions is looking for a passionate ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that implemented ServiceNow solutions effectively meet business needs and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to interface with users
- Assist in the development of test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT service management or ServiceNow projects
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow functionality
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
