Job Description
In this role, you will support the management and development of relationships with both existing and prospective investors, helping to ensure strong engagement, clear communication, and a positive investor experience.
Responsibilities
- Support management of relationships with HNW and institutional investors
- Act as a point of contact for investor inquiries
- Assist in organizing and preparing for investor meetings and presentations
- Support the publication and administration of new investment opportunities
- Assist with monitoring investor portfolios and tracking performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports
- Coordinate with Compliance to ensure communications align with regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Interest in financial markets and investments
