Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Software Engineering to lead engineering for a fast-growing technology company building agentic AI–driven SaaS platforms. You will scale teams, shape engineering culture, and drive the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy
- Lead, scale, and mentor high-performing software engineering teams
- Oversee the design and development of SaaS platforms and APIs
- Establish engineering best practices across architecture and security
- Drive platform scalability, reliability, and performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or Engineering Director
- Strong background building and scaling SaaS platforms
- Experience in fintech, enterprise software, or AI-driven products
