Senior Corporate Operations Executive
Job Description
The Senior Corporate Operations Executive will oversee and enhance operational efficiency across cash handling, outbound, and inbound processes. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with company standards and effective incident management.
Responsibilities
- Daily follow-up and support to the Middle-Mile KPIs
- Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plans
- Supporting Aramex stations to achieve service excellence
- Work with digital transformation team to align plans
- Manage projects from concept to execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in industrial engineering
- 1 - 3 Years of experience in the same field
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office
